2019 in review

So we are in to a new decade. Roll on 2020!..

However, the inevitable new year buzz fills social media timelines with “new year, new me” posts and resolution lists, and it’s easy to forget to take a moment to reflect on the past.

Don’t be mistaken, I’m not one for dwelling on the past, but whether your year was massively successful or not quite what you’d hoped for, I think it’s important to look back and acknowledge your accomplishments and achievements, no matter how small they might seem to you. When thinking about future goals, learning from past experiences is very helpful. Also, it’s important to give ourselves some credit once in a while!
